Blog Announcement: We’re Moving to SB Nation and Changing Our Name

As many of our readers know, when we started 21 Peach Street our ultimate goal was to transition over to SB Nation and become their official blog for Atlanta United FC. Thanks to your amazing support on social media, after just two and a half months, I’m proud to announce that we have reached our goal.

Yes, in the near future (a month or so) we will be leaving this URL behind and joining one of the most respected networks of sports blogs on the internet, SB Nation.

Along with it, we’re proud to announce a brand new name that will be replacing “21 Peach Street”.

Our blog, from here on out will be called Dirty South Soccer

We feel this new title truly encapsulates the true essence and vibe of our market. We hope you agree. Within the next few days our Twitter account and Facebook page will be updated to reflect the new name. Once our site on the SB Nation network is up and running we will have our very own URL: http://www.dirtysouthsoccer.com

What do these changes mean for you, our audience? Nothing, except a much better experience on our website. Our content will be better than ever. Nothing will change except the name and the resources behind us.

The South is a huge untapped market of soccer fans. With your continued help on social media we can continue our rapid growth and become one of the most successful MLS blogs on the internet. I hope you are as excited as we are about the future. Thank you so much for helping us get this far in such a short amount of time.

Sincerely,

Rob Usry, Managing Editor of Dirty South Soccer (hey, that sounds pretty neat)
